Pre-Order Terms and Conditions – Bambiboo Exclusive

By placing a Pre-Order with Bambiboo Exclusive, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit a Pre-Order.

Pre-Orders allow you to reserve a product before its official release or availability. Pre-Order items are not immediately available and will ship once production or restocking is complete.

All Pre-Order products are subject to availability. Bambiboo Exclusive reserves the right to cancel a Pre-Order due to:

• Manufacturing or supplier delays

• Product discontinuation

• Insufficient inventory

• unforeseeable circumstances

In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, customs clearance, or shipping disruptions. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes.

Each Pre-Order item includes a specific turnaround time (TAT) listed in the product description at the time of ordering. This information is also shared on our Facebook page, where we post regular updates regarding Pre-Order timelines and shipping progress.

Full payment is required at the time of placing your Pre-Order to secure your reservation.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• PayPal

• Shop Pay

• Afterpay (for eligible orders)

All transactions are processed securely. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and the value of your order.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default. If you are shopping from the United States, you can view and pay in U.S. Dollars (USD) by selecting “United States” in the region or currency selector on our website.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout.

Pre-Order pricing is locked in at the time of purchase and will not be retroactively adjusted if the price changes in the future.

We ship across Canada and the USA, with free local pickup available in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Extra charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
