If letter mail shipping is selected, the customer agrees to the risk. Packages sent letter mail DO NOT have a tracking number and DO NOT have insurance. Letter mail shipping is unpredictable and can can take 1 week but up to 10 weeks to arrive. Bambiboo baby is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages and refunds or replacements will not be given if this is to happen.
