REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day refund policy from the original order date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

To initiate the refund you can contact us via email at: info@bambiboobaby.com

If your refund is approved, we will send you a mailing address for you to ship the materials to. Please note, you must request a refund prior to shipping, otherwise they will not be accepted. Cost to ship the return is at the expense of the customer.

Once the return has been received, we will email you confirmation and the refund process will begin on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take upwards of 10 business days for this refund to reflect onto your credit card.

** Sale and clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.  

 If you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturer defect or flaw, please contact us at info@bambiboobabies.com within 7 days of order delivery so we can rectify the problem for you. Tags must still be on the item and unworn.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size you may email us at info@bambiboobabies.com within 14 days of purchase. If we have the other size available for exchange we will ask for you to ship your original item back to us and we will ship your new item out once we receive the original. 

**All shipping costs (return & reship) will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

SHIPPING

Upon check out you will be given options for shipping costs; this depends on the speed in which you want your package to arrive, and your location. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Lettermail shipping can take anywhere from 2-20 days to arrive. Lettermail is NOT tracked or insured so Lettermail option is at customers risk and Bambiboo Baby is not liable or responsible for any items that are lost during shipping. You will recieve a shipping confirmation email once your item is sent.

IF LETTERMAIL IS CHOSEN Only items under 0.2kg will fit into one package.

Without a tracking number we are unable to locate the packages once it is sent. If your item does not arrive or arrives damaged your item will not be replaced or refunded.  

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. If a package is returned to us due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to receive their package. Packages are fulfilled within 2-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If you chose tracked shipping you will get a notification that your item has shipped with the tracking number. If you chose Letter mail you will receive a notification your item has been sent and we will no longer be responsible for this item. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

This is the best way to wash your bamboo clothing:

  • Cold water
  • Gentle cycle
  • With other bamboo products
  • Wash inside out and fully zipped
  • DO NOT BLEACH
  • Lay flat or hang dry
